ICJ's order on Jadhav creates legally binding international obligation, hope Pak heard it: MEA

New Delhi, May 18 (ANI): The Ministry of Exte al Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Gopal Baglay on Wednesday praised the decision of Inte ational Court of Justice on staying the execution of Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav by a Pakistan military court for alleged spying and said that they hoped it will help rectify egregious violations of Jadhav's rights and violations of inte ational convention by Pakistan. Baglay added, he hoped conce ed authorities in Pakistan have heard ICJ's order as it creates legally binding inte ational obligation.
