Tibetans in-exile in India observe 40th International museum day

Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh), May 18 (ANI): Scores of Tibetans living in exile in Dharamshala town observed the 40th Inte ational Museum Day on Thursday.  Tibetan Prime Minister in-exile, Lobsang Sangay took part as an honorary guest of the event. The two-day exhibition held paintings and lectures on Tibetan history and culture and all-day documentary film screenings about issues on Tibet. The main aim of the event was to build a network with other museums around the world as well as to inform the people about Tibet's history and culture and the current issues of the country.
