Shakib Al Hasan was KKR’s costliest pick at Rs. 1.5 crore, while David Wiese was another expensive acquisition at Rs. 1 crore. Shreyas Iyer is the captain of KKR in IPL 2023.
A total of 14 games were played by KKR last season, winning 6 and losing 8. With 12 points, they finished in the 7th spot in the points table. KKR has won the IPL twice – in 2012 and 2014. They will try to win their third title in IPL 2023.
